When you\'re considering a would-be Airbnb guest, what traits/questions do you consider \"green flags\", i.e. traits/behaviors that indicate that the guest will be a better than average guest?\
\
I asked a related question on reddit here:\

[https://www.reddit.com/r/AirBnB/comments/55emdq/asking_for_a_discount_is_an_automatic_no/](https://www.reddit.com/r/AirBnB/comments/55emdq/asking_for_a_discount_is_an_automatic_no/){target="_blank"}\

Some of the answers so far include:\
\
Potential guests who show that they\'ve read the listing by referencing something in the listing.\
\
Potential guests who have reviews that don\'t just say good guest, but that are specific about what a pleasure this guest was to host.\
\
Potential guests who don\'t ask for exceptions (early check in, late check out, more guests than your maximum, discounts, etc.).
