Buy the following:\
\
1) thrift shop speakers\
2) cheap computer\
3) amplifier\
4) microphone\
5) sound canceling headphones\
\
Put the speakers against his wall.\
\
If he plays his music at a reasonable volume, do nothing.\
\
If he plays his music too loud, capture and rebroadcast his music back to him a) louder b) with distortion c) slightly delayed. The louder he plays, the louder you play back his music, and the more distortion you introduce.\
\
Wear the sound canceling headphones to reduce the impact on yourself.
