Michelle Burke Yeah, I think most people would have to take heroic amounts of classical psychedelics before they would experience true hallucinations. Almost all of the trip reports of anti-histamine induced hallucinations are nightmarish, with reports of hallucinations of bugs/spiders/"shadow people" commonplace.  Sounds very unpleasant.
