Christine Peterson The character in the OP comic is Makima, one of the Four Horseman of the Apocalypse, and the main antagonist in the manga Chainsaw Man.  She's an immortal Devil with the ability to control anyone or anything that she believes to be her inferior.  Among other things, she can summon controlled individuals via chains connected to her body. I'm confident when AI girlfriends have the powers of a Lord of Hell,  they will also be able to love nerdy men.
