Michaël Valentÿn Most technologies follow the same pattern:   expensive at first, but increasingly affordable as new materials, process inventions, economies of scale, and automation bring the price down.  Compare value/cost of the Dynatac in 1983 to the cell phones of today.  AI/robotics will follow the same pattern.
